Service Fee Refund

If a task is cancelled by the individual who initially committed to completing the task [InkSmith ] , the service fee will be refunded. [ excluding transaction fees ]

However, if the task is cancelled by the user who uploaded the task or sought assistance [ Seeker ] , the service fees will not be refunded.

Featured Task Payment Refund

If a featured task payment is made and the task is cancelled by the individual who initially committed to completing the task [InkSmith ], the payment will be refunded. [ excluding transaction fees ]

However, if the task is cancelled by the user who uploaded the task or sought assistance [ Seeker ], no refund will be provided for the featured task payment.

Subscription Cancellation

We do not provide refunds for subscription cancellations. Once a subscription plan is activated, the fees are non-refundable.
